I spent 23 years in industry in a range of roles before qualifying as a person-centred counsellor in 2001. This type of counselling places emphasis on your ability to find your own solutions, with the right support. I continued to train further in different therapeutic approaches and now work in an integrative way, which means I use the best approach to fit your particular needs. I have experience of working with children and adults in a variety of environments (prison, primary, secondary and SEBD schools and community organisations).

I see children, parents and adults in my private practice, based at home – a comfortable and safe place to help you feel relaxed and supported. I aim to bring warmth and humour to any working relationship. I am very honest and down to earth - no airy-fairyness
